1 Brief introduction
1.1 Scope of application
Endo Motor is mainly used in endodontic treatment. It is applied to mold and clean the root
canal during root canal preparation procedure.
1.2 Contraindication
1) Patients with implanted pacemakers (or other electrical equipment) who are warned
not to use household appliances such as electric razors, hair dryers, etc. are not
recommended to use this device;
2) Patients whose root canal is severely ruined shall not use this device;
3) Never use this device together with high frequency surgical equipment.
1.3 Construction and layout
The Endo motor is composed of Motor handpiece, Contra-angled, LED illumination,
Charging base, Power adapter.
The Motor handpiece is made of an enclosure, rechargeable battery, control board,
operating keyboard, and display screen.
The Contra-angled is designed as push-button locking chuck at a transmission ratio of
16:1.
